Shipping information

VIP members get FREE standard shipping. All other retail customers pay standard shipping for $8.00.

After your order has been placed and processed, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail at the email address listed in your membership account.

Shipping Time

Not ALL of our products are "Ready To Ship" (RTS). We offer our customers an opportunity to purchase PRE-ORDERS, which is inventory that we have already ordered from our suppliers, but we do NOT YET HAVE IN STOCK. 

PLEASE ALLOW 6-10 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY ON PRE-ORDERS! Although some pre-order merchandise will arrive sooner.

We are working on getting the Estimated Arrival Date on each of our PRE-ORDER items, if it is not listed on the product description page, please email us and we will let you know when you can expect to receive the item(s). 

READY TO SHIP (RTS) merchandise is shipped in the order received and CURRENT SHIPPING TIMEFRAME within 5-7 BUSINESS days. We ship everyday Monday-Friday. Once shipped, it takes app. 2-10 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their order within 7-10 business days.

Return Policy

The Boujee Gypsy will always do whatever we can to go above and beyond to please our customers. However, because of the customized nature of our Products, we do not allow cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If, upon receipt of your finished Product, you feel that your order was incorrect due to an error on our part, please reach out to us immediately at theboujeegypsywholesale@gmail.com.

 

Damaged merchandise must be reported upon receiving merchandise with clear pictures and details about the damage sent to our support team at theboujeegypsywholesale@gmail.com. We will send a return label for damaged merchandise and replace it.

No returns on custom made orders.
